Measuring less than 2 1/2 inches long, the Speed N Jr. provides a perfect option for bass that have turned finicky in extra clear water or cold front conditions and for matching smaller forage. Butyrate body construction causes a dull thud sound that bass can zero in on and that distinguishes this bait from most other crankbaits. The Speed N Jr. stays shallow, running 4-6 feet, and is perfect for cranking over shallow grass, kicking riprap and banging off wood.
